It's already done for them boys And um and I'll say that and I'll say that and I had it to you guys is that this um I do feel that a joint Jordan was hurt was healthy it would have been Florida's it would have been Texas and Florida State It would have been and Alabama would have been left holding the bad in this one 100% and a couple of things can number one I don't like the message that it sends out because we've all been part of locker rooms and we talk about team team team team team It's going to feed it.
I don't give them what level of football you're playing it legit takes a team now Understand how important the quarterback position is but to not give it to him because one position is hurt feels a little Disingenuous in my opinion and that's a hard pill to swallow to the rest of those guys that's on that squad and for the AB and for the head coach for the assistant coaches trying to relay or trying to massage whatever message that they that they need to have So that locker room is a difficult position to be in because I've already sold y'all on team Let's do this be there for your brother Let's all and then we do that and yeah our guy our main guy gets hurt and then we don't get recognized because our main guys hurt I've that's that's a tough pill to swallow. However The team that got the most disrespected and you know how I feel about this fucking state and I said that they couldn't win and they've Beyond you know prove me wrong, especially in most recent years as UGA UGA I want to say in their last 30 games. I've only had three losses right To another battle to another so we know what it is especially the SEC game You know saying the championship game they don't beat Alabama It is what it is, but that is the best in my opinion And I don't watch college football like that, you know what I'm saying? We start talking college football I stay quiet I watch a couple of things here and there I kind of know but I'm not in grain But I do know UGA is a beast they are and I know that they only lost by three points in that championship game And if we're talking about the four best teams, I don't understand how UGA is not in there when it lost They had a chance to get in but they only had one loss That's true But different from Florida State is they knew playing this Alabama game Hey, if we lose this we out so they go into that game like you know that you have to That's almost like a playoff game so I think that they were disrespecting the game put out nor do I think the Florida State was Disrespected this is at the end of the day a TV show and what Nick said That was very important last year and the year before that even the semi final rounds of it blow outs And they're trying to avoid that especially here next year's one into the field state Excuse me, so all of these crying the Florida State fans are doing all the Injustice that they claim that they haven't I don't see it because you did lose your quarterback and going into a final four game With Bob the builder back there and you're gonna be a 13 point underdogs against any one of the three teams You would play it doesn't make sense to put them in yeah, especially with that backup like they played with a third string One that was a hell of a defensive performance.
It was it was incredible to watch It was um and little bit more than once again I know so even so I don't know if I'm looking at the game It just really just came down to that quarter-minute road-maker whatever it was I think that um to your point FIFO again the committee was very very clear head head match-ups Championship games matter and they have match-up Bama lost to George I mean George lost the Bama in the championship game There was no way they could put them in because that's what they said counts and matters So that's why they didn't get sent a shot to get in and this is why I've said for the longest that partly why I don't like college So I'm not a watcher like that is because it's not if you lose politics. Would have had a early the third the third game of the season if they would have lost that They say would it would and they would have won the championship that's each other they would have been it You know so it's not about even who you really lose to it's when you lose if you lose early you have a little time to get back What to think about that is that's for teams like the SEC schools and the reason being we look at strength of schedule All the states strength of schedule is 50-5th in the nation Alabama was fifth So when you look at factors like that that weighs into it, we also know what we just said that four state team without Jordan Travis was Not the team that we were watching he was MVP that team So yeah, one player doesn't make a team But when your MVP goes down and he's the catalyst of the offense plus if they had shown a better showing on offense in a little Game they would have had a better argument to make but that community was sitting there watching that game just like we were We're gonna think about the community to get I think a level of payments was there too They had the opportunity when they got all the teams to get all the conferences together when they first announced It was gonna be 12 teams and they had the opportunity to vote to do it a year early and cancel all the contracts Mm-hmm the ACC was one of the main schools. They did not want to do or made conferences Did I want to do it? I got to think it was some level of payments in their room Yeah, y'all should have been in here and had your vote. Yes, two years ago.

Yeah See but like again my perspective on Florida State I don't think that the committee got it wrong again My perspective is just in that locker room in that school those players those coaches That's a tough pill to swap because look I've coached before so I know what it is to try to motivate your guys to go above and beyond And for them to do what you use them to do to be unblemished and then get to the place where where we've earned the right to be in the Conversation and not make it I think the committee got it right So let me say that but in that school that's tough That's tough and even from recruiting standpoint from the guys whatever ball game that they're gonna play like that is tough like as a coach And that's it. I don't what the hell do you say? Well as a coach you can say we got Georgia if we go under feeding a beat as you just said Still one of the best things in the nation.
We still got a legitimate grip and saying we didn't actually I mean It's not the first time we've never seen this. So it's happened before so if I'm a coach We also got to go out here play this game win this game be Georgia show You see up there that's what I was thinking about you see it when I'm talking about this it's happening to me Yeah, it don't help no, but this it is tough to motivate players when you feel like you had a legitimate shot at the National Championship And it was taken away from you without any necessarily any doing of your own To get them up for that game, but you're gonna have to figure out a way 100% And I think it's also tough when you're the first of something. It's the first time that a power five conference went undefeated They make it that's tough. That's I don't care what spin you put on it That is tough because at the end of the day these are elementary school case These are grown ass men that just ain't make a lot of them may make that a failure But these are grown ass men.

We don't see that we don't see all of these other power conferences go against SEC get blown out if Georgia Had made it and it was three or four Georgia Alabama. Yeah tremendous really you know what kid I definitely agree He's taking that step up and this year I would love to see him in the playoffs because again That's the only way that you mature your game is the more playoff experience you have I'm not putting that expectation on him this year But Indiana has to do a better job of accumulating talent and next year is where I'm really putting the on them to Hey, you gotta be a playoff team So let me ask you this do you think it's going to help the paces this in season tournament that we also confused about They're about to win it in the last game But they played it was a lot of the gets itself.
They beat the self-tix high intensity game This can help those players prepare for playoff games. No, I don't know yet because it's the first year of the in season tournament It has been a lot more intense. They had some of you. Yes, they've had You know playoff atmosphere for the most part.
