Ninety - Negative "The third release from Moscow-based trailblazers 'UNITED' comes from Perm-born Ninety who, despite being situated in the very heart of Russia, has managed to find a unique hybrid of sounds reflecting both Russian and British influences. "Establishing a somewhat eerie presence in the EP's opening track 'Ambi,' one only catches a glimpse of the arsenal at Ninety's disposal. Chimes ring out and a distinctive sub-heavy bassline growing bolder in its sound design and oscillations sets the tone for the rest of the tracks. In 'Silk,' and 'Grace,' Ambi further demonstrates the range of instruments and samples he is able to make use of- the distinctive guitars of 'Silk,' sit on a bed of appositely selected drum sounds which makes for one of the most unique tracks of the project thus far.
