He became a mortgage broker when conventional lenders challenged efforts to grow his portfolio. Brokering mortgages only for investors twenty-two years ago, Dan has completed well over six thousand five hundred mortgage transactions.Over the last three decades, Dan has personally acquired over 83 properties and has executed all real estate investment tactics such as buy and hold, fix and flip, buy – renovate – rent – refinance – repeat (BRRR), rent to own, land development, multi-family and many others. His latest passion is his private equity and using registered funds to do real estate.Dan is a published author public speaker, teacher, and trainer who has helped mentor hundreds, if not thousands, of real estate investors over his career so far. He has taught with organizations like Keyspire and REIN for many years.
