We catch up with Berlin residents Max Graef & Glenn Astro to talk about the release of their debut album The Yard Work Simulator, out now on Ninja Tune. We discuss their early experiences with music, growing up in Essen and Berlin respectively, how it was that they ended up working together and the processes that want into the making of the album. As is to be expected from two avid music collectors, we are treated along the way with an eclectic selection of tracks, taking in music from The Roots, Breakout, Pete Dunaway, Underground Resistance and Creative Source.
