Ninth House, Chapters 9-11

Darlington is none too pleased when they manage to drug him into making a fool of himself at party, but it's interesting that even after the drug wears off he still believes that what he saw was real. Meanwhile, Alex is over here getting attacked by yet another unseen being, this time in a really public place, and Dean Sandow tells her to keep it to herself which is NOT SUSPICIOUS AT ALL.
