Nizyi Davis Rising as Badgers’ New Tackle | Wisconsin Badgers Football News

Wisconsin’s tight end room is heating up with the emergence of second-year standout Nizyi Davis, a 6’5”, 237-pound force making waves with pancake blocks and after-the-catch plays. With Lance Mason gone to the NFL and limited production from past contributors, new additions like Jacob Harris and Ryan Schwendeman join returning players Grant Stec and Emmett Bork to revitalize the position. Coach Luke Fickell calls Davis’s physicality unprecedented, while tight ends coach Nate Letton credits his growth and discipline for the breakout. Davis, the lightest scholarship TE on the roster, is proving he’s more than just size—he’s becoming a dominant presence to watch as the season unfolds.
