This holiday weekend, backyard pools, lakes, and the ocean are the places to be to beat this heat. But those places could be a nightmare for some. Accidental drownings are one of the leading causes of death for children. Congressman Donald Norcross introduced a resolution to raise awareness and ensure every kid learns how to swim.
