NJC's Heidi Cole supports aspiring flight attendants from a holistic perspective.  Starting out as commercial cabin crew, she quickly transitioned to private flight attendant and has built a wealth of experience and developed her unique approach over 22 years.  Experiencing her own difficulties during the pandemic, she sought the support of a mentor that she says was life changing. This ongoing learning and wisdom is infused into her aviation coaching and courses, from a self confidence and creating connection perspective. This is at the heart of success in the role she believes. Alongside 22 years of experience in aviation, she also incorporates her background in modelling and TV presenting.
