NKU Basketball's Heartbreaking Loss to Wright State

Northern Kentucky Universitys Norse mens basketball team suffered a heartbreaking loss in their regular season finale, falling to rival Wright State 91-92. Despite dominating the first half and leading for nearly 35 minutes, the Norse couldnt hold on as Wright State mounted a furious comeback in the second half. Both teams shot exceptionally well, but Wright States superior rebounding and offensive boards proved costly. Standout performances from Donovan Oday, Dan Gherezgher, and Kael Robinson kept NKU in the game, but they now turn their attention to the Horizon League Championship, facing Oakland on March 4th.
