No 10 Makiki Lower Punchbowl Tantalus Neighborhood Board Regular Meeting April 2026

At its April 17, 2026 meeting, the Makiki-Tantalus Neighborhood Board discussed heightened crime statistics and HPD enforcement (including traffic, noise, and homeless outreach), HFD’s fire and medical response updates, liquor law issues at Tipsy Pig, upcoming water main projects, infrastructure and traffic-calming measures, elected officials’ legislative efforts, and community concerns about reckless driving, culminating in the appointment of a new at-large member, restoration of the May meeting, and consideration of boundary adjustments.
