No. 12: Re-imagining Budweiser - a brand challenge

from The Persuaders Marketing Radio Show & Podcast

In this edition of The Persuaders Marketing Podcast, I interview two of the students from the Masters degree in Advertising at Dublin Institute of Technology. As part of their course, they formed competing 'agencies' to pitch for the Budweiser account. Representatives from Budweiser as well as numerous industry representatives attended a presentation and reception where the competing teams put forward their advertising strategy. In this podcast we get a chance to listen to their approaches. PLEASE PUT IN A COMMENT TO TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK OF THEIR IDEAS. In addition in the podcast I interview Paul Kavanagh. Starting his radio career in Ireland over 20 years ago in the era of pirate radio, Paul is recognised as one of Europe's top radio station consultants and has worked with over 30 stations here. At present he is the Managing Director of Riviera Radio in Monaco, France.
