No 16 Kalihi Valley Neighborhood Board Regular Meeting February 2026

At its February 12, 2026, meeting, the Kalihi Valley Neighborhood Board observed a moment of silence for a homeless individual, received Honolulu Fire and Police Department updates (including a new incident reporting system and crime statistics), addressed community challenges (parking, water main breaks, and housing), approved the second annual Kalihi Ahupuaʻa Ride, formed or merged committees to enhance outreach and education, and heard from elected officials on legislative and infrastructural initiatives.
