No 31 Kailua Neighborhood Board Regular Meeting March 2026

At its March 6, 2026 meeting, the Kailua Neighborhood Board addressed Lanikai’s pressing traffic and parking issues (ultimately rejecting immediate no-parking signs), honored the late Corral Tresnick Jr., previewed community events and efforts against the coconut rhinoceros beetle, received safety and infrastructure updates, discussed library modernization and housing legislation, and adjourned having postponed some agenda items for further review.
