No 37. My BIGGEST Hack To Staying Consistent with Fitness!

Can you guess what my biggest hack to stay consistent with my fitness is? I can tell you one thing, it’s not a lose-fat-quick scheme or an unrealistic "internet plan". I do have several methods that I use to get me back in a fitness grove after I have fallen off the wagon (follow up podcast soon come), but the one I talk about in today's episode, adds #accountability to my life, which improves my #discipline, and therefore my consistency! I know many of us struggle with staying consistent with a fitness routine, so I encourage you to pray and seek God on ways to help you personally figure out a plan of attack. I also want to encourage you to never give up! I don't care how many times you have stopped and started over! Keep trying!
