Nachdem man an den Gleisen der Westbahn eine tote Sexarbeiterin gefunden hatte, entwickelte sich ein verworrener Indizienprozess. Unzuverlässige Aussagen, schwammige Alibis und unklare Motive machen es noch heute schwer, die Ereignisse zu rekonstruieren. Aufgrund der Fülle an Details gibt es außerdem zwei Folgen zu diesem Fall. Part II folgt noch im Dezember 2024. *Die Namen einiger Beteiligter wurden für die Schilderung des Falles geändert. Hinweis: Uns erreichten Fragen zum Namen des Opfers, für den zwei sehr ähnliche Versionen kursieren. Wir haben uns bei der Erstellung der Folge für die entschieden, die in der offiziellen APA-Berichterstattung von 1986 bis in die 2000er, in Gutachten und Entscheidungstexten des OGH (einsehbar im Rechtsinformationssystem des Bundes) festgehalten ist.
