El Congreso finalmente ha aprobado la Ley de Economía Sostenible donde se incluye la Ley Sinde, una dura ley Anti-descargas. Su objetivo es acabar con la piratería. Los diputados llegaron a hacerse de rogar y hasta pasada las 21:00 horas no se supo definitivamente no se llegó a saber si era o no aprobada, pero se cerró con un sí a la nueva normativa.
