Her story reminds us that leadership isn’t about age or tenure, but about passion, knowledge, and the ability to elevate others.” I have heard about this coach and watched some news clips about her and the great part that jumped out to me was that leadership is for any age - but it needs to have these parts: passion, knowledge and elevating others.
