The meaning of the metaphysical Hermetic aphorism ‘All is Mind and Mind is All’ is that the Universe is Timeless Mind, the Universe is the effulgence of Pure Being as a self-perception. If All is a manifestation of one’s nature of Pure Being, all forms, energy, motion and power are manifestations of vital‑mental action and consequently there is no force but vital‑mental force, no energy but vital‑mental energy, no motion but vital‑mental motion and no power but vital‑mental power.
