No complaint day !

I am going to declare that today is no complaint day. Hello, Dan Clark and welcome. Yes, today is no complaint day. That means that you cannot complain today. Wait, wait a minute, wait a minute. That means that I'm not going to complain today about anything. It's the day that I'm not going to say anything to complain about. That doesn't mean that I can't notice things that are not going well. But I'm not going to complain about them. I can acknowledge that they're true. But I'm not going to say how much I dislike them. I'm just going to be in this place of not complaining today. I don't need the negative thoughts. It doesn't mean that I'm going to be overjoyed by things that are happening that aren't pleasant, but I'm not going to complain about them. I'm not going to repeat them.
