Pasión taekwondo… el podcast para los apasionados del taekwondo.Hola amigos ¿cómo están?Hoy voy a hablar de dos conceptos que a veces confundimos. Disciplina y sumisión.La disciplina es el conjunto de reglas y procedimientos necesarios para llegar a determinado resultado. En general se habla de disciplina como un sinónimo de orden, también se puede utilizar como sinónimo de castigo.La disciplina es algo positivo (si aplicamos bien el termino), no se puede llegar a un objetivo de mediano o largo plazo sin algo de disciplina. Sin embargo, en muchas ocasiones aplicamos el termino esperando que la disciplina sea algo que viene de afuera hacia adentro.En muchas ocasiones se alaba demasiado la disciplina de las artes marciales, hay que recordar que estas vienen del ámbito militar. Un medio en el que no se puede negar que hay una disciplina muy estricta. Sin embargo tenemos que pensar qué tan positiva es esa disciplina.En un ejercito la motivación principal para conseguir el orden es el miedo, un soldado no puede simplemente desobeder porque sabe que las consecuencias de hacerlo pueden resultar graves. En un ejercito no se cuestionan los motivos, las ordenes van de arriba hacia abajo sin ningún tipo de participación. ¿Es esto lo que queremos de nuestros hijos/alumnos?Individuos que acepten sin más las ordenes venidas de arriba. Si promovemos este tipo de disciplina tendremos sin lugar a dudas adultos sumisos.Pensemos en la disciplina de una orquesta ¿Qué motiva a los músicos a poner su máximo en la ejecución de una pieza? A todos los músicos los une un deseo común.
