A través de la historia de José, muestro cómo la culpa constante y las frases automáticas pueden convertirse en una forma de vivir.José tiene 41 años, está casado, tiene dos hijos y trabaja como supervisor. Desde fuera parece una persona responsable, pero vive con una sensación permanente de estar fallando. Le pasa cuando elige entre el trabajo, su familia o su descanso, y termina sintiéndose culpable casi siempre.También reviso frases internas que se repiten con frecuencia, como “yo soy así”, “seguro exagero”, “no es para tanto” o “mejor me quedo callado”. En la historia, esas ideas le impiden expresar lo que siente, defender sus propuestas y poner límites sin culpa.Más adelante, José conversa con un amigo psicólogo y empieza a cuestionar si esa culpa realmente le pertenece. Recuerda mensajes que aprendió desde niño sobre ayudar siempre, no pedir ayuda y complacer a los demás.
