"no filing" certain low level non-violent felonies and misdemeanors

LIVE TODAY @ 4:00 pm Pacific, It's the Boze Noze Show! Due to loss of personnel, the District Attorney will not be filing charges in non-violent felonies and misdemeanors. I want people to understand how the is really due to the failures of the state legislature and congress to adequately fund the counties in Oregon for the services they perform on their behalf. Our progressive majority is blatantly trying to lock in appointed positions beyond the first of the year knowing they are about to lose the majority. The board was updated on our affordable housing plan which is leaning to heavily on government built housing. I believe government housing is NOT affordable housing. Government housing is subsidized housing. Next week we are holding a public hearing to get input from the public about placing a new property tax for parks on the ballot in November.
