On this special 2 part series of The No Ideas Original Podcast, the guys interview Author, Kwame Teague. Kwame Teague is responsible for writing the street literature classic "Dutch". The novel was recently turned into a film starring Lance Gross. Kwame is currently incarcerated in North Carolina serving 2 life sentences. During part 1 of the interview he talks about his upbringing in Newark, NJ, his writing process, some of the novels he has wrote and how he got into writing. He also talks about starting a creative writing class in prison, working with Manny Halley to bring Dutch to the big screen, meeting and working with Teri Woods and the different dynamics of their relationship.
