Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Dr. Lucrecia Hardowar. Dr. Hardowar recently obtained her doctorate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2021 but prior she completed both her Bachelor of Sciences Honours degrees at York University with a dual focus in Kinesiology and Health Science and Psychology Being a registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, she has a history of working in the fitness and rehabilitation industry and excels in rehabilitation and coaching just to name a few. Lucrecia believes that each patient deserves to be treated in an individualized way, where you are in partnership to achieve the patients' goals together. She combines education and empowerment strategies for each patient in order to aid her patients in living more physically fulfilling lives.
