No Kings Rally for First Amendment
from Colorado Springs News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
The “No Kings” movement is gearing up for its next big rally on June 14th — the President’s birthday — with a powerful concert at New York’s Town Hall featuring Bette Midler, Patti Smith, and Jane Fonda, all rallying under the banner “Rise Up, Sing Out: A Concert for the First Amendment.” While the nation celebrates the 250th anniversary with UFC matches at the White House, “No Kings” is focusing on grassroots unity, hosting watch parties nationwide in cities like LA, Chicago, and SF to strategize, connect, and prepare for the upcoming midterms — proving that freedom isn’t just shouted from stages, but lived in living rooms and community centers across America.
