NO LONGER SLAVE

Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” JOHN 20:17 God is ready to pay anything for you to ensure your freedom. John 3:16 The enemy is still lying to us about freedom. Romans 6:14 NLT Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace. Slave is a person who is the legal property of another and is forced to obey them. Jesus for the first time called the disciples brother after he has paid for sin atonement. What is the price? Dying without sin. We were slave to the enemy. We were slave to the laws that has been corrupted by the enemy. Romans 6:16 NLT Don’t you realize that you become the slave of whatever you choose to obey? You can be a slave to sin, which leads to death, or you can choose to obey God, which leads to righteous living. It should be no surprise that it was the law believers that killed Jesus. It was not the unbeliever. The only way to freed a slave is to pay the price attached to it. Jesus paid our slavery price so that we can be save and free.
