What this episode covers
The ruling class in New York is sacrificing teachers, students, and their families at the altar of Capital. But organized teachers are standing up for the safety of our community. Today we’re joined by Jia Lee and Alex Jallot from the Movement of Rank and File organizers to discuss both their immediate fight to prevent budget cuts and the dangerous attempt to reopen schools as well as the longer struggle to transform the UFT into a democratic working class institution organizing for the common good. https://morecaucusnyc.org/ https://twitter.com/MOREcaucusUFT https://sites.google.com/view/cbk-dsa-nightschool/home
