from The Four Flats Podcast · host The Four Flats Podcast

In Episode 49 Darian JaCorey and Shane start off with expressing their disappointment in not receiving the Hood Stimulus Check and caution black people against come ups that sound too good to be true. Sad News strikes as the latest story sweeping Hollywood of the sudden disappearance of actress Naya Rivera after going on a boating trip with her child. The fellas send their condolences. 50 Cent and T.I. still can’t come to terms on what is snitching and what isn’t, the guys do their best to differentiate the two, outside looking in. 50 also made some controversial comments in regards to “Exotic” women and why he’s deterred by women from around the way and “angry Black women”. The Flats set the record straight and even bring some insight as to why exactly MOST wealthy people feel this way. The Woo’s family can finally receive some form of closure as the 5 suspects in Pop Smoke’s death have been arrested. Kanye West and his political goals with “The Birthday Party” may be coming to a halt as his family shared news of him being in the middle of an extreme Bipolar Episode after sharing some of his political ideologies. The fellas call damage control, but could this end up being a bigger issue if he was......actually elected? This weeks segment of ‘Gas or Mid’ features Snoh Aalegra, Summer Walker, Kid Cudi ft. Eminem, Gucci ft. Young Nudy/ 21 Savage, and Wiz Khalifa. The crew did not hesitate to hold back their brutally honest opinions. Lastly, the crew uses sell out Christian Cooper as an example of how overly forgiving Black people can be and just why it’s so easy for us to do so even in the face of blatant oppression and racism.
