The Center for American Progress' Senior Director of Courts and Legal Policy will explain what this means for the upcoming election.  The head of Georiga's prosecutors’ council,  Pete Skandalakis, is accused of delaying the case against Lt. Gov. Burt Jones, one of the fake electors for Trump in 2020. We'll talk to the lawyers suing  Skandalakis for dragging his feet in the case.  The DOJ filed an antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation, Ticketmaster's parent company, for illegally monopolizing markets in the live concert industry.
