Cuántas veces nos hemos encontrado en cama, intentando volver a dormir. Y sin mucho éxito, damos vueltas con la esperanza de conciliar el sueño.  A veces la mente sólo quiere ocuparse, pero el deseo de dormir nos hace instintivamente intentar acallar este flujo de pensamiento.  Esta meditación trata de volver a tener el foco que nuestra mente tanto necesita, para llevarla a un estado de tranquilidad, y que, finalmente termina siendo éste estado el que produce que vuelvas a caer en un sueño profundo.  Intenta esta meditación no sólo para conciliar el sueño, sino también para el momento en que ingresas y te acomodas en tu cama.  ¡Que lo disfrutes!
