No room for Bru: The fight for guide dog access

Bobbi Janzen, member of the Strategic Leadership Council for Saskatchewan-CNIB, navigates the world with the help of her guide dog, Bru. But recently, she has faced challenges with hotels that refuse to serve the pair or that they can only stay in a "pet-friendly" room. She said policy changes have made a simple hotel stay a difficult one. She joins us during Guide Dog Access Awareness Month to share her story and talk about the importance of guide dogs.
