Tradition has long portrayed her as a woman deeply wounded by sin and disordered desires before her conversion. In many ways, she represents every person who wrestles with weakness, brokenness, and the attraction of sin.Today's homily reminds us that God never defines us by our past. He sees who we are capable of becoming through His grace.
