No Skips with Cate Le Bon
from No Skips Hosted by RTRFM
Over the last two decades, Welsh musician and producer Cate Le Bon has built a catalogue of soft-worn post-punk and abstract art-pop, and a sound entirely her own. She’s also played a role in shaping the work of some truly beloved indie acts over the last decade, from Dry Cleaning to Kurt Vile, Wilco, St Vincent and Horsegirl. In this conversation with Pam Boland, recorded in April of 2026 following the release of her album Michelangelo Dying, Cate share the songs that have most influenced her creatively, her love of physical media and the making of her latest album.
