Gifts, smiles, breaking bread and sharing stories and traditions. But what if you can’t feel that?What if you can’t break through like George Baily to celebrate that “wonderful life”?It’s a very personal and raw show today because that’s where I’m at for the closing of 2024; a year filled with just about anything there could be to knock a person down and yet, they’re still standing.Dealing with the loss of two parents 7 months apart while keeping all things moving forward is and has been an incredible, stressful experience. If it wasn’t for the responsibility of taking care of others I probably would have caved in a long time ago. There hasn't been the time for me (yet) to reflect on the life and times with my parents and just maybe there will never be that time.
