NO with less drama!

NO, I said no. Just because I said so. That doesn't work very well in a  quality conversation. Defending or explaining a no creates drama. A  reason is simple and to point. A reason would be "because it's best for  all of us" or "I don't want to." Defending or explaining with a lot of  words brings about drama.  Quality conversations include a reason for the NO.
