Mr. Balido also explained that recent studies have shown that 64-percent of the illegal aliens do want U.S. citizenship, they want to retain their pre-border-crossing citizenship. The bulk of this segment of the illegal aliens are here to work and send money to their relations in their home countries. The entire scheme depends on the ability of the illegals to send money home via MoneyGram and Western Union.
