Noa Kamrat Pundak: Life Within The Israel-Palestine Conflict

Noa Kamrat Pundak was a Social Worker in the Israeli Army and currently works with IDF soldiers, sharing tools to combat PTSD. We talk about life in Israel, the Israel-Palestine conflict, and the events of October 7th. Noa shares her personal experience as an Israeli citizen from the perspective of someone who works with IDF soldiers to support their trauma healing and the trauma she is currently processing in real time.
