Nobody Actually Lives in Beverly Hills | RHOBH Season 16 Recap

A RHOBH Season 16 recap on Leah Remini and Tracy Tutor, the reset the season is selling, and the distance between the Beverly Hills brand and where the cast lives._Bravo just announced Leah Remini and Tracy Tutor for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 16 — and the immediate pushback was that Remini isn't a Beverly Hills woman. She isn't. She just downsized to Woodland Hills. So I ran the audit on the whole cast. Kyle Richards is in Encino. Dorit Kemsley is in Encino. Sutton Stracke and Kathy Hilton are in Bel-Air. Bozoma Saint John lost her Malibu house in the January 2025 fires. The most credible 90210 resident on this cast is the newcomer nobody was calling a Housewife three weeks ago. This episode covers Remini's full bio — Brooklyn, King of Queens, the Emmy-winning A&E docuseries, the ongoing litigation — and Tracy Tutor's twenty-five-year, $4.5 billion real estate career. Then it makes the case that after a series-low Season 15 premiere, this pairing is the first casting decision in years that reckons honestly with what the show has actually become. Not a nostalgia lap. A bet on friction over comfort.Chapters0:00 Nobody actually lives in Beverly Hills1:20 The Season 15 numbers3:00 The geography audit6:00 The Leah Remini file10:00 The Tracy Tutor file12:00 What "fresh energy" actually means14:15 What I'm watching forTagsRHOBH Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Leah Remini Tracy Tutor RHOBH Season 16 Bravo Kyle Richards Erika Jayne Dorit Kemsley Sutton Stracke Bozoma Saint John Rachel Zoe Million Dollar Listing Bravo casting news reality TV analysisThe Good Edit Unfiltered is a Bravo recap podcast and reality TV recap podcast.
