Nobody gives a Dayum about you

A kid I knew uttered that phrase to me in a high pitch voice and I can’t ever unhear it. Is it true though? Ummmm yes. Nobody gives a damn what you do..Unless it effects them negatively or positively. When Steve Jobs was in college you wasn’t thinking about him. When Oprah was hustling and bustling in Baltimore nobody was thinking about her. Far too often people think what will everybody say. Honestly nobody cares. Create your products, become that brand, make noise, make news, try to be rich as possible without worrying about what others will think. They will be jealous when you make it to the top anyway. Many times what holds us back is psychological. You can achieve the necessary skills to accomplish things but do you have the mindset for it.
