Noel is an Organisation Development practitioner, adept at partnering different levels of systems in organisations to effect meaningful change, fruitful collaboration and sustained performance. He describes his work of the past 20 years in independent practice as the melding of organisational systems with the human spirit. This is the nexus where organisations evoke the best from their people and where people give the best of their talents, energy and commitment to their organisations and each other. In his current role at Roche Diagnostics Asia-Pacific, Noel will be proactively supporting and developing leaders, as well as building organisational capability to meet the transformational challenges ahead. He takes a participatory and co-creative stance to his intervention work. In this, he models both the internal transformation and personal mastery (leveraging Self) needed in order to effect the deep collaboration and agility which complex systems require (leveraging Systems) to thrive in disruption.
