At the same time, the “Wi-Fi jammer” theory has become a headline. Some reporting explains what jamming is, why it’s illegal, and why many outages still end up being routine tech failures, but it all became modus operandi before it was vetted and discounted. Another major reset, authorities said gloves found 2 miles from the crime scene, but it still became a focal point. It was traced through DNA to a local restaurant worker who is not connected to the case.
