Tom is joined by Mike Watson and Chris Redding as they discuss their experiences of moving schools fairly frequently. Mike has had 7 schools in 20 years, Tom 10+ in 18 and Chris is onto his 6th. They discuss how each career move had its pros and cons, when school moves went wrong and what they learnt along the way.
