Martin Guimond & Philippe Tremblay of Le Saint-Bock & I have a conversation about how they coped with 2020, creating a new brand to avoid confusion, focusing on Non-Alcoholic products as a way to survive, their brewer stories, what 2021 has in store for us, if Beerbucha is the next big thing, if they listen to Metal & their hangover cure. Throughout this interview we were drinking Le Bazaar Brasserie Artisanale's "Wow". This Non-Alcoholic NEIPA poured out with a light veiled haze, radiated pineapple on the nose, it slammed a lightly sweet somewhat tangy finish & it is ultra refreshing. It is quite a unique brew & it is absolutely delicious. It has kind of a Kombucha feel to it.
