This program will discuss Non-Arthroplasty Options for Osteoarthritis of the Knee. This presentation will review the current recommendations for the non-arthroplasty treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Diagnosis and treatment options will be reviewed. Learners will be introduced to available resources for decision support in patient care and background information for some of the recommendations. The presentation will cover the interface between primary care/ non-operative care and the safe progression to operative care, and when it is appropriate.  This program will also cover non-replacement treatment options for knee OA with an emphasis on injections and joint sparing surgeries.
