PAGE 2 GUEST EXPERT:  David LaGreca and Nicole Sebastian.  David is the Executive Director of the VCG Governance Matters. Prior to this position, he founded The LaGreca Company (TLC) in 1999. David has extensive experience in working with corporate and nonprofit executives in areas as diverse as performance coaching and refining business operations. Over the past five years, he has served as Interim Executive Director for five nonprofit organizations. He recently completed a $30M merger of two social service agencies in Manhattan and the dissolution of a long established workforce program. He is the Board Chair of JOBSFIRSTNYC, an intermediary organization focused on out-of-school, out-of-work young adults. Before joining VCG in 1991, David was the Administrator for the Department of Surgery, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Nicole Sebastian is the Deputy Executive Director of VCG Governance Matters, a nonprofit organization whose mission focuses on strengthening nonprofit organizations by improving the governing and management ability of their boards of directors.
