Susan has over twenty five years of experience in the charity sector, working with a wide range of charities in the UK; formerly as a fundraiser and in the last ten years as an associate at THINK Consulting Solutions. Her charity career started in retail followed by community fundraising and events leadership roles and this has remained a theme throughout her career.  She is passionate about maximizing income through developing the best relationships with volunteers, providing the highest standards of supporter care and stewardship and enabling fundraisers to achieve their highest potential.
