Two Arizona sisters are serving up western style apparel adorned in sequins, feathers and fringe. Their first concept, Norde Scottsdale, quickly became an online hit and Old Town Scottsdale destination. Then the space opened up next door, and Faith and Julia Ballor jumped at the chance to open Turquoise Candy Hat Bar. The two sisters were studying at ASU to be lawyers when the pandemic happened and goals changed.
