Northumberland County road crews busy fixing potholes as construction season gets underway

It is also a time when people complain about the crater-sized potholes that nearly break an axle. It is also the start of road construction season with its delays and detours. In this interview, Denise Marshall, director of public works for Northumberland County, will talk about fixing potholes. She will also discuss the upcoming construction.
