Northwestern Lands Pratt for Backcourt Firepower

Northwesterns mens basketball team has secured a significant addition to their roster for the 2026-27 season. LA Pratt, a six-foot-five guard with one year of eligibility left, is joining the squad, bringing substantial backcourt firepower to coach Chris Collins. Pratt, who previously played at Northeastern and Elon, has shown impressive skills, including a career-high twenty-six points against Boston University. Collins is excited about Pratts dynamic playmaking, size, athleticism, and elite defense, expecting him to attack the rim, score big, and set a high work ethic standard. Pratts high school and college career, marked by over one thousand points and two state semifinals, further highlights his potential impact on Northwesterns team.
