NoSo Takeover #22: NXT TakeOver Brooklyn IV 2018 | Ciampa vs. Gargano, Cole vs. Ricochet & Undisputed Era

NoSo Takeover rolls into Brooklyn as JT, Aaron and Jenny revisit NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV, held August 18, 2018 at the Barclays Center! The bitter rivalry between Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano reaches another level as the former best friends battle for the NXT Championship in a Last Man Standing Match. With Aleister Black out of the originally scheduled triple threat, Gargano gets another opportunity to take the title — and everything — away from Ciampa. The crew breaks down the latest chapter of the Gargano-Ciampa saga and whether it lives up to their unforgettable battles in New Orleans and Chicago. Plus, Adam Cole defends the NXT North American Championship against Ricochet in a spectacular showdown, while The Undisputed Era battles Moustache Mountain for the NXT Tag Team Championship. JT, Aaron and Jenny also dig into Kairi Sane challenging Shayna Baszler for the NXT Women’s Championship, Velveteen Dream vs. EC3, the red-hot Brooklyn crowd, and another loaded night from the heart of NXT’s Black & Gold era. How does Brooklyn IV stack up against the three previous Brooklyn TakeOvers? Where does this chapter of Gargano vs. Ciampa rank in their legendary rivalry? And which matches still hold up eight years later?
